The DNC doesn't even try, except for Howard Dean and his 50 state strategy (it worked well while we had it)! We will never be able to out donate Big Business. Even Obama was hand picked by Wall Street and groomed to be the POTUS! Wall Street allows him to do a lot of good as long as he does what they want.

It seems to bother people more when they hear how these Judges/Justices are bought off than when they talk about campaign donations to a politician. I don't know why it should, our politicians are just as, if not more, important than the Courts. Big Business runs this country because we allow campaign donations to bribe our elected officials.

With the courts it is easier to see the result, this last term the Texas Supreme Court ruled in favor of corporations against individuals 93% of the time! People here in Texas think they will never need the court system until they do. When I have to explain why they would normally have a great case, but I cannot take it because it will lose now thanks to tort reform (they snookered everyone into believing we file frivolous lawsuits all of the time, when we only get paid if we recover for our client), they always say, "But my claim is REAL!"

Kudos to the firm that took this case and got the verdict knowing they will have to fight to the U.S. Supreme Court, and then probably lose 5-4 or worse, thanks for trying and good luck!
