But you've said it better. I didn't know where the title came from, but I've been following http://vineyardsaker.blogspot.ca practically since the junta was installed.

Over time, it's become clear that the Saker makes every effort to be accurate in his 'sitrep' posts - discussing the good, the bad, and the ugly. Over here, people get about .05% of the truth, if that.
