How can this be?
The rapist is in control, not the rape victim and letting the rapist off under any circumstance is unjust and immoral.
As an aside, I'm also curious as to what that hand signal meant from the woman at the 1:09 mark?

It shouldn't come with a trip to a hospital, the humiliation of a rape exam, and being raped all over again by cops who share the Pox opinion that any woman who has more than one drink has consented to sex. She hasn't. She has only decided to risk a hangover.
Put the blame where it belongs, 100% on rapists.
