(2,585 posts)and teaching girls and women the warning signs that a male might be dangerous (I'm not sure even the "shinks" would be 100%accurate in knowing who is dangerous, but knowledge of the warning signs should be free federal information via TV. It won't be perfect but it would cut some of this down.

That and I'd advocate teaching girls and women how to disarm and dismantle any man (or woman) who is stupid enough to attack them in the first place... along with recognizing warning signs.
