Oct 14, 1968: First live TV from space

This tape is very poor quality, it's only interesting in a historical context, as the first live TV broadcast from space. This was from the Apollo 7 Command Module using the same B/W tv camera that would be used later to broadcast pictures from the moon on Apollo 11 & 12.

America thought it could do anything then, given some time and resources, and there was little little to disabuse us of the notion.

In my minds eye I recall the Apollo 8 footage being better quality... and from the MOON!... I'll have to go check.
