(3,544 posts)What a stupid question by FAUX. Of course they are. I'm sure the atheists are outnumbered 100 to 1.
Why start with an obvious answer to such a stupid question? Again, a lot of investigative reporting by FAUX. Must be a slow news day. Yet another reason not to listen to FAUX.

(28,498 posts)An atheist group from a thousand miles away is protesting these plaques that Christians believe pay homage to an invisible power that presides over the infinite universe?
And these folks talk of "community?"

At your church, then your Freedom OF Religion trumps my Freedom From Religion. So YOU are the bullies conducting a War on the Constitution.

(1,620 posts)And news flash. We are a republic, not a democracy. Why did the founders create a convoluted system of government and the electoral college? In an attempt to insulate the government from stupidity. Clearly, not a wholly successful endeavor.

(28,976 posts)the religious right bigots who are pissed off at Fox for their new Gay Marriage stance. Nothing Fox does is based on conviction but the bottom line.

(2,741 posts)Bullshit! Separation of Church and State is absolutely essential to democracy. Students may pray in school; carry their bibles in school; hold religious meetings in schools...as long as the school, ie., government, does not participate in any of these activities. The plaques are unconstitutional. The nitwit at FUX "news" doesn't have the slightest idea about conducting a proper interview. She pushes one viewpoint, an incorrect one, and does not understand the US Constitution. What absolute STUPIDITY!
