(41,831 posts)Now that the Republicans have more power, I predict we are going to hear language like that a lot more. I have already been called the "C" word (Not a female body part, the derogatory word for Chinese.) three times on twitter today. Doesn't matter to them that I am Japanese, .. we Asians all look alike to ignorant racists.

to be a rocky ride on this ship of state for all who are not republican or the 'right' race or ethnicity and sexual orientation, maybe on that last one, for sure on the first two and for all the women who did vote for the neanderthals on the RW tickets, sex and the right to make decisions about your own body. It just amazes me that a woman would vote for a person who has guaranteed you that YOU WILL be required to wear a metaphorical 'chastity belt'....... This video is the sum total of the RW win Tuesday.

(2,807 posts)but I think he said it while trying to make a point about his party. I believe he wanted to make the point that many in his party view Obama as nothing more than a n-word, and that those dumbasses would over-reach. Which is what I believe will happen by the way, because it is their racism that is driving the ridiculous level of animosity toward the Pres.
His thought process is a bit telling though, because almost no one would try to make a point like that, using that term, on the radio no less, and expect not to get clobbered. He obviously has race issues because he obviously thought that he could make that point and not get drummed. But, in my opinion, he was trying to say that the racists in his party shouldn't over-reach. He obviously doesn't know he has serious race issues himself, which is not uncommon in his party, none of them believe that they are racist.
That's what I heard.
