1. McConnell and the entire right of America cares ONLY about DESTROYING Obama's legacy

they are viciously racist, every single one of them (other than the Black rightys, all 8 of them), and fighting ISIS or ISIL or EBOLA means little to them compared to their deep, deep, deep HATRED of that Black Family in that White House.

3. I agree--yet I think they WILL have to fund Issa and Ebola after all the terrorizing

by the Republicans through ads the last few months. What else can they do? say these two are no longer important?

6. I doubt they will fund Ebola and ISIS, they know there is no real threat.

Big oil isn't happy with the price of oil and ISIS could be the threat to stability that could cause the price to go back up. They also know that Ebola is not a major threat in the US.

They will use the old Republican tactic of having to cut some essential service to fund the fight against Ebola and ISIS that President Obama will, hopefully, not go along with and that will make the President the fall guy for the plan falling apart.

If the price of oil rises or we have an Ebola outbreak in the US, it's Obama's fault for not signing onto the Republican plan.
