Mr libertarian, where is that country that graduates so many college students primarily in private instituations? There is no such country and in fact countries with the highest rate of college education are the countries with the most government provided access.

"How many libertarians does it take to change a light bulb?"

None. The free market will take care of it.

Why does he assume that by taking federal money away from colleges, tuition will go down? I submit that the opposite would happen. The actual result would be fewer people able to go to college.

I have been saying for years that libertarianism requires ignorance of history, economics, political science and the real world in general. I have yet to see anything to make me change my mind.

It is well established, both in law and in ethics, that someone acting in willful ignorance is as culpable as if he or she was acting in full knowledge. If you want the moral argument, see Thomas Aquinas Summa Theologica I-II, Question 6, articles 3 and 8 at http://www.newadvent.org/summa/2006.htm If you want the legal arguments, Rebecca Roiphe's "The Ethics of Willful Ignorance" at http://works.bepress.com/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?param
s=/context/rebecca_roiphe/article/1000/ is good.

I would say that, that is on the right end of delusional and is really in need of some time in a locked ward with all the mental health regalia he can use.

I mean how many folks especially people who live in wage earner families, could have any school if there was no state education systems.

What a fool.

Yeah, so I think we can do OK with cloth-covered biplanes for defense - cause I can buy a whole squadron of them for the price of one wing of an F-35. I'm happy with a gravel road while my neighbor wants asphalt. Yeah, we'd all get to keep what little monies we could scrape together to spend (or not) as we saw fit. The Duncetarian Party <- complete with appropriate party hats!

This angry muppet's recommendations have been proven spurious on multiple occasions, over a generation of failed economic experiments. If he's still hanging on to these fantasies, he's either lying or brainwashed.

Which is it libertarians? Are you unrepentant liars, or cultists?
