Related: About this forumPapantonio: Will Rick Perry Do Some Pokey Time?
Last August, former Texas Gov. Rick Perry was indicted by a grand jury on felony charges of abuse of official capacity and coercion of a public official. Perrys legal team has been trying to get the case dismissed, but has failed each time. The most recent denial came from Judge Bert Richardson, a Republican judge in San Antonio. After a second request made by Perry, a judge denied a motion to have a criminal case against the governor dismissed.
Mike Papantonio appears on The Big Picture with Thom Hartmann to discuss this.

(15,242 posts)1. I would have put my vote on Christie his crimes appear to me more serious but Perry will suffice.
Given how criminal justice in America is screwed up, anything is possible.

I personally am thrilled to see both crash and burn...but that's just me.
