Anti-LGBT pastor rants against ‘Adam and Steve’ in wild sermon straight out of 1987

A Georgia pastor ranted against homosexuality in a sermon that seems to imagine Chris Farley’s motivational speaker character as played by Sam Kinison.

“I’m trying to tell you that God created Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve,” preached Pastor Jim Veitch, of Bible Truth Baptist Church in Griffin. “Somebody say ‘amen’ right there.”

He boasted that he didn’t care what the government legalized or what San Francisco, California, pushes.

I remember when I was in a village once in Tennessee nestled in the bottom of a valley. The tallest building was the church steeple and it was visible from wherever you were in town. Up on the hill there were three white crosses put up by the local church.

Anyway, I ran into someone in that little podunk town who actually believed that was the ACTUAL SITE of the Crucifixion.
