All full-time students in the US. Just the wealth increase. 400 rich people remain insanely rich.

Our current educational system is bad for education, bad for the economy, and bad for the future of this country. After all, transferring wealth around to provide fro the education and future of our younger student population, like they do in Western European countries, is a socialist act, which is anathema to the new Republican congress.
