I watched his show over a decade ago and in less than 15 minutes concluded everything stated here.

Of course we all learned in kinder-care, that bullies like Cheney, Limbaugh, Hannity, O'Rielly, Giulianni, Walker, Palin, etc are actually cowards afraid of their own shadows. As a result, they need to over compensate. Pretend they are something, they are not.
