Yes, they have all this information
No, nobody even reads it except for a kick in an otherwise boring job.
The harm is if someone with access to this information really wants to put an effort into sliming you. Hopefully you won't have to deal with that. This is an almost purely politician game and I, for one, am not going to stress too much over it. I think of it as information overload like your Uncle telling you a story and giving detailed information on every character involved.
