This guy who works with special young folks transitioning to adulthood. He was fired today...

He was told not to talk about being gay, but he decided he had to take a stand.

Look at the amazing things he has done, his interaction with the students.

I am so angry.

Oregon teacher of the year fired today.

will suffer because of their loss of this great, honorable man with a heart of gold

I had no idea Oregon was so homophobic...a teacher of the year yet..how do the people who fired him sleep at night..no conscience I guess..

This man, a truly important man, is not allowed to be who he is...because he is gay?

Unless he was abusing his students, how could anyone make the decision to fire him?

This excuse for a school system should be investigated by authorities...the ones who can change this decision.
