1. Right on! The only thing I would correct is why the other cops help cover it up.

If they didn't, their career in law enforcement is over and they and their families are in danger. Pretty strong motivation to tow the Blue Line!

no wonder the police who are caught and pilloried - at least verbally by the otherwise impotent public - feel so aggrieved at the flak they get from them.

Judge Roy, I understand your furious rage, now, and you have my utmost sympathy. It didn't ought to have been allowed to happen, all those nasty thangs said about Mezourers' finest! The dirty rotten dogs! Probably all got a spot o melanin there somewhere, too! A touch o the tar brush.

By the way, you may be a bit on skinny side (like me) but I thought you looked very dapper. A potential stand-in for Fred Astaire. But that dark glowering expression talking to your employers.... Oh my...!

Whoa. We also have 25% of the world's carbon emissions. Does that means that prisoners are responsible for the US carbon emissions?
