(13,133 posts)2. I would think the word ' Traditional' comes in lockstep with 'Trend"
The independent moves of the population at large would probably indicate people are trending more to solar. The idea of cheap or cheaper than corporate owned suppliers is really only a result of technology passing by people sitting on their cash cow.
I say "eff those effers" and smart money, i would think, would be locating and investing in even more solar and any next step for larger, cheaper and more efficient batteries and battery banks

As time goes on, Hydrogen will actually get CHEAPER because of tech innovations in the electrolysis process. Solar will continue to get cheaper too.
In the '60s it was Plastics. In the 2020's- Hydrogen. This is the beginning of a trillion dollar business.
