in WhereIsThatLand? and there are actually campaign finance and campaign law, and where the media is not completely corrupted by money...yes, democracy can work without Endless Campaign Season.

Never stop running for office...true on all levels: local to national...

Like the UK, Canada takes little time to hold elections...because it makes sense that the Members of Parliament get busy and do their jobs...not fund-raise...
