~ "THE 7 MOST INSPIRING MOMENTS FROM PRINCE'S BALTIMORE #RALLY 4 PEACE" ~

by Maeve McDermott Monday, May 11, 2015

Sunday night's "Rally 4 Peace" in Baltimore at Royal Farms Arena was a night of celebration, grief and dancing, as Prince played a marathon 2-plus hour concert for a packed arena.

Joined on stage by Miguel and Estelle- with Questlove Instagramming from backstage and BEYONCE and TINA KNOWLES and ALICIA KEYS hanging out of sight- Prince got serious in between cranking out his greatest hits.

He discussed our broken society on stage, paid tribute to victims of violent crimes, and even surprised the FANS in the nosebleed section with a kindhearted surprise.

See all the Prince wisdom you missed Sunday night below.

saw, so I didn't connect unfortunately. Sounds like it was a blast to listen live to hear him perform; even from these concert videos it was definitely an energizing, cool and beautifully produced event. Love it!
I also appreciated all of Prince's efforts including his 7 points, the inclusion of the victims families and how the Rally 4 Peace aimed to lift the hopes and spirits of attendees, Balto. residents, black people, PoC and everyone. So inspiring. We need more events to raise positive awareness of our many issues. Family in the music business in NY have worked with Prince and other performers.
