ALEC Trying To Slash Your Paycheck

Prevailing wage laws are one of the only pieces of legislation that help keep contractor pay on par with state wage laws. But these laws are under attack because corporations want to pay their workers as little as possible, further driving wage earners into poverty.

You are absolutely correct, every town hall, city council, school board, every meeting------------and then with a follow-up question are you a crook, I didn't authorize you to go to these behind the door lobbyists meetings-----------what else have you been doing to our democracy behind our backs---------we want some answers.
