I think he does the best rendition, although there are certainly others who have done justice to this breathtaking piece.

5. One of the best anti-war songs ever written. When it became popular in the 60-70s someone said

that "if this song catches on no one will ever fight again." He meant that we would refuse to go.


BTW who recorded the song in that era that had a full band behind it?
