I present this to urge all of us to resolve not to fight ever again for the oligarchs whenever they try to manipulate us into another imperialist resource war in the Middle East or elsewhere.

I think he does the best rendition, although there are certainly others who have done justice to this breathtaking piece.

I think this might be my favorite, I have long loved this song. I know a few people who need to hear this so I am headed over to FB to post it.

This is one of the first songs I want to play when my pipes come and I learn them. Love this.

that "if this song catches on no one will ever fight again." He meant that we would refuse to go.


BTW who recorded the song in that era that had a full band behind it?
