What needs to happen is total revision of the NYC system of "Justice"...such as minors not held in solitary, all prisoners not held unless charges have been made and a prompt judicial review is forthcoming, etc. I ain't in this lock 'em up in the hole job market nor have I ever been, but common sense needs to be the guide for a very big reform of this NYC monster. What can we do? Listen to Sparks and get involved.
