Yeah, I want to know if a non-safety related employee had a good time in the last thirty days or not. They could fall out of their cubicle and hurt somebody.

and never will) but don't obfuscate things. There is no such thing as legal marijuana in the US. It's still illegal under federal law. That law we need to overturn.

The federal law must be overturned. If/when it is this ruling becomes moot .... until then Marijuana use remains "illegal" under federal law.

And I’ll say it again,

People need to join The Church of Cannabis and use a religious argument, along the lines of Hobby Lobby. I suspect though these rights will only work for those with power and when the legal case gets to the Supremes, they will find a way to weasel out and rule for power.

Finally,

Schedule 1 needs to go. It’s purely a political decision, not rooted in science and has resulted in so much social injustice it is almost unspeakable and the costs of which are ridiculous.

nausea, anxiety don't stop when a person get's off work. Does it? geez..goddamn SCOTUS. This is not a country with justice as one of it's hallmarks, never has been really. Justice for certain people. That's all.
