I do not know law, but this has been bugging me the whole time. The lack of separation of powers, and due process just reeked of failure of a system that was put in place to avoid such a mess.

So now what do we do? What a disaster.

and so long to stop it have access to good Constitutional Lawyers who could fight it in the Federal Courts. That would at least delay its implementation as it winds its way through the judicial process. It's time for Democrats and other Supporters to file a lawsuit challenging the authority of the President to do such a sweeping trade deal, written in secret by Corporations and passing it through with so much Kabuki Theater.

Bruce Fein is a Conservative Lawyer on the Right but there are some articles out there by other lawyers saying that it should be challenged and giving well thought legal reasons why.

If the vile "Citizens United" could get all the way to the Supreme Court then why shouldn't an abominable so called "Trade Agreement" that violates our Constitution have an equal chance?

Fingers Crossed...!

I just don't hear as many voices speaking out that one would expect, under the circumstances. But then, I'm running into all kinds of great articles by Bernie Sanders that were written several years ago, that must have been hidden for all of the views they've had.

We're really in trouble. And I keep saying it over and over with respect to a multitude of subjects, we are in control. The problem is, individual behavior compounded by multiplicity is driving all of this. A billion people all filling tanks with gas, is just like voting to keep the corporations in business.

Great discussion with Bruce Fein and Thom.

"Call to Action." The Repubs do it all the time and manage to get results.........it's time for our Dem Lawyers to get into action to Protect us from not only the TPA/TPP but the Coming Acts/Fake "Trade Agreements," and MORE "Loosening of Regulations" put in place in years past when we had Dems who Worked for "the People" instead of the current situation where our "Leaders" act in tandem with Republicans to work AGAINST the PEOPLE.
