For those too lazy to click through... the clip that Rachel touted as extraordinary shows Lindsey Graham talking in personal terms about his friendship with Joe Biden, whom he describes as being "as good a man as God ever put on this earth" or some such. Graham himself comes across as having at least some decency in his core, for rising above the partisan divide to acknowledge the virtues of a Democrat.
