FWIW, I think that real humans are much tougher to blow apart than these dummies are. Not that I encourage fireworks usage.

An actual federal agency would surely have had the good sense, ability and music accompaniment ability to have used Ballistics Gel that actually replicates impacts as would be seen/appear on human flesh (e.g. not eggs, not empty plastic gloves, or other cheap improbable substitutes).

Those are some serious explosions too. Nothing like real fireworks. I'll bet they had fun making this film. Too bad you can't hear the laughing.
