1. I predict much shock and awe

followed by much more apathy, and inaction.... climate change will be the COLOSSAL WOOLY MAMMOTH (pun intended) in the room that those in power could not afford to deny or ignore, but did anyway. The damage done by now is already too much, and how many years in a row has it been the hottest in recorded history now ...three.... four ? Nah.... no trend there... move along folks nothing to worry about.

2. I am surprised it is so few.

That was one heck of a storm.
The think that is getting to me is that China is tryingto build more land, and they are dredging and building islands, i can't see them surviving a sustained storm like this.
