Taking to the stage awkwardly with the tune of "Eye of the Tiger" from the 80's rock band 'Survivor' blaring loudly, Davis and her lawyer and Mike Huckabee addressed a group of supporters clapping and waving white crosses. Alternately thrusting her arms upward defiantly and/or bending over with emotion, she delivered these comments.

"Thank you all so much. I love you all so very much. I just want to give god the glory, his people have rallied and you are a strong people. We serve a living god who knows exactly where each and every one of us is at. Just keep on pressin' - don't let down, because he is here - he's worthy, he's worthy. I love you guys. Thank you so much."

From what the lawyers said in earlier press conference, I'd say they are desperately trying to salvage some semblance of a 'victory' after having lost the full trifecta -- the legal battle all the way to the Supreme Court, the battle of public opinion, and even the fight for FoxNews' heart itself.

Sounded like to me they were saying that despite everything you've heard before, it was actually all simply about having her name removed from the certificates ALL ALONG... nothing more than that. Hmmm... I think even marginally sane folks are going to run away from this visual train wreck as fast as their little legs can carry them, as this circus sideshow comes to a whimpering, sobbing close.

I don't believe, since he was a governor, that he really thinks the Supreme Court only "comments" on a law.

He knows full well that they get to decide whether laws are unconstitutional or not.

Therefore, he was willfully "playing dumb" to nudge his audience into thinking something wildly inaccurate about the basic function of the Court.

I don't know where this stands. Last I heard she still refused to issue licenses unless she didn't have to sign them with her name. Without her name, she would do it.

Kim, honey, don't you know god is omnipotent...he knows all. He and you both know who issued those licenses. Your name being on it means zilch. But if that will let you keep your job I bet that is what you will do...you will chicken out and start issuing licenses to gays, because you are too cowardly to stay in jail for the cause.
