Ring of Fire: Carson’s Advisers Think He’d Be A Terrible President

Ben Carson has lost the support of the people that are literally being paid to support him – his advisers. Articles are surfacing now that say that his trusted advisers are concerned over the fact that he does not understand foreign policy, and his lack of knowledge would make him a dangerous president.

Ring of Fire’s Farron Cousins discusses this.

That was ostensibly the formula for the Bush administration, and we saw how well that worked out. The Republican electorate all knew he was an idiot at the time, and yet they were soooo relieved not to have "President Gore" in the White House on 9/11. (Of course, we know now that 9/11 might never have happened under President Gore...)

So just how long has Benno been a "retired" neurosurgeon? Long enough for Alzheimer's to be setting in per chance?

He along with nearly every other Republican in the race are providing the rank and file Republican with the same insane solutions to the problem that same insane solutions that got us into this mess. Just bomb the hell out of them without regard to fact that you are going to kill the innocent along with the radicals. The perfect plan to create more bitter enemies that will readily accept the terrorists plan of retribution. When you blow the hell out of a person's family, don't be surprised that those who survive, many with horrible injuries, may not have a loving attitude toward you. I can only pray that the citizens will not swallow the swill spread by the Republican demagogues who are preying on the ignorance of their constituency.

This is not a war that can be won with bombs, but a war that can only be won by convincing people that mutual respect is the key to peaceful coexistence. If left to their own devices the radical Islamists will thoroughly discredit themselves with their determination to impose their radical beliefs on the entirety of society. This was amply demonstrated by what transpired in Afghanistan under the Taliban. When the Taliban was overthrown the people rejoiced that they were allowed to be humans rather than puppets controlled by extremists. Totalitarian regimes regardless of their cause can only exist by using fear and retribution to remain in power.
