The same thing in Baltimore...breaking the guy's neck.

I thought it was enough. I was wrong again.

I think the cops can go medieval now and put black victim's heads on pikes, because shooting a 12 y/o and breaking someone's neck is not enough for change.

They have a license to kill and be completely brutal.

They looked at the 12 y/o Rice shot and decided how to create a story rather than help him.

We live in different times.

A prosecutor only puts on enough evidence to secure an indictment. They normally do not put on evidence of innocence since this stage is just to see if there is enough evidence to go forward with a PROSECUTION!!! There should be Special Prosecutors in cases against cops since the two sides work together all of the time.

These DA's need to be suspended from practicing law! This should violate equal protection under the law, same as Ferguson. This is now the DA's MO in cases involving police officers. The prosecutor owes a duty (or should) to the victim's family to seek justice through the system, instead the system was rigged to get the outcome they wanted.

Disgusting! This is why cops behave as they do, no repercussions!
