Former vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin on Tuesday endorsed Donald Trump for president in 2016, calling him a "master of the art of the deal" who isn't beholden to business interests in Washington.
"This is going to be so much fun. Are you ready to make America great again?" said Palin, who also served as governor of Alaska, at a rally in Iowa Tuesday night.
The endorsement comes after a day of swirling rumors that she was going to endorse the billionaire real estate mogul, stoking the rumors by sharing her daughter's own endorsement of Trump on social media.

(22,048 posts)Mike Malloy is an articulate and passionate liberal/progressive who hates all things Republican. I'm with him for all of that.
Yet he often gets facts wrong and it's jarring to hear his errors when his points are right on target. In this clip, he criticizes Donald Trump's recent speech at Liberty University, (if by "speech" you mean egoistic, bloviated and compensatory ramblings... apologies to the Rude Pundit), and reports that Mr. Trump referred to the Biblical book Timothy 2. Actually, Mt. Trump referenced 2 Corinthians which most Bible readers refer to as Second Corinthians. The best part of the spectacle was that the students laughed at Mr. Trump because they probably realized by his ignorance, that he had never read nor been educated about the Bible.
Mr. Malloy also said that "Sarah Palin has a daughter who is in her second pregnancy with no husband..." In fact, Bristol Palin gave birth to her second child, a daughter just before Christmas.
Come on, Mike. You can do better and it strengthens your arguments immeasurably. Meanwhile, keep up the good fight.
