How wonderful to see how they do it in Iowa, and it's great to see a democratic process that is intimate and human, where everybody counts--i.e., no dodgy electronic tabulation, votes calculated on the spot for everyone to see.

The video is very clear in most respects, but at the end one of the presenters says something about ranked voting (1st choice, 2nd choice, etc.). I didn't understand how that comes into it. The delegates get split up according to the votes in the caucus, and then...?
