I've never been more encouraged about the American people and about Bernie Sanders' campaign which is RESPONDING TO the American people ON THE ISSUES!

Cenk Uygur and John Iadarola lay it out on the basis of the Vox poll on poll questions such as "do we need a political revolution to redistribute wealth?" which a majority of Americans of all kinds support (54% to 30%!). Other stats on this question are even more amazing, for instance, among Independents, it's 51% to 27%, and--get this!--among those who identify with the Tea Party, it's 55% to 36% for redistributing wealth!!!!

But what is even better is Uygur's analysis of the Corporate news media and its bald-faced lie that Bernie Sanders is some sort of "fringe" candidate. Sanders is aligned with the majority of Americans, and it is Clinton and the Republicans who are not aligned with the majority, and it is only a matter of time before Democratic voters who were thinking that there was no alternative but Clinton realize that there is a very good alternative, indeed, and before Independents and disaffected groups realize it as well. It is difficult to understand Tea Partiers supporting "a political revolution to redistribute wealth." That is bizarre, except when you realize that the Tea Party BASE is POOR!

Anyway, Uygur's assessment of the Corporate media is that they are desperately trying to PREVENT people from hearing Bernie on the issues. I can't recall the exact breakdown, but it's been something like 300 minutes of news on Trump, vs 200 minutes on Clinton the Inevitable, vs ONE MINUTE on Sanders! That didn't work out so well for them in Iowa, where Trump lost to Cruz, and Clinton came within a hairsbreadth of losing to Sanders (less than 1%), with Sanders getting almost a blackout in Corporate media coverage, no Corporate, Pac or billionaire money, and 30 points behind in the polls to start off with. He almost beat her against those overwhelming odds.

It's not that the Corporate media are clueless. It's that they are deliberately suppressing Bernie Sanders and his view that we need a political revolution to redistribute wealth. His methods are extremely fair--for instance, reversal of an extremely UNfair tax system and government programs for the middle class and the poor, not for the already filthy rich who are sucking all the wealth out of our government and out of our pockets!

Simple fairness. That's the American way. And it is MAINSTREAM.
