I don't see why I should invest my time in minutes of video when I can read ten summaries (or more) in the same time as viewing a single video and then decide which one I really want to see.

Some people seem to think that video is inherently better than text. It most often is worse than text.

Which is that the campaign against the regime of Assad is almost play-by-play like that against the former Iraqi regime. While Assad is a dictatorial strongman, he's also managed to hold together (barely) a secular country battered by foreign-funded terrorists, crippling sanctions, and a campaign of misinformation and smears. Do you think someone like Buthaina, or any other female member of the Syrian Parliament (of which, unlike their Arab counterparts, there are many) could appear on international television looking and speaking as she does if the opposition gains control of that country?

The question that most needs to be addressed is who benefits? Figure that out and you'll probably know who's the greater evil.
