I don't think there's any rule against it.

However, I know second-hand that the GOP numbers could have been skewed upwards dramatically, due to the absence of any sort of accounting; GOP caucus goers could take as many unmarked ballots as they wanted.

2. This was a caucus not a primary. Unlike regular elections where there is usually no "electioneering"

permitted near polls part of the caucus process is trying to get people to support your candidate
(and switch if they are supporting another). Did this activity violate any law or rule?

I had to get out of line and go outside to turn my Obama shirt inside out just to vote during his first election.

6. I have been an election judge for several cycles and two of my kids are judges this cycle

I helped out and was the judge for the GOP primary last cycle as a favor to the the election administrator and the GOP types are not nice people and get upset when asked to comply with the law. My youngest has been an election judge for a couple of cycles and she was shocked at the concept of an election worker getting by with this.
