You Americans are not off the hook with the money part...
You still have to pay reparations to Iraq, Afghanistan and Syria.
(And probably 25 other countries)
You guys destroyed Iraq and Afghanistan and helped lay the grounds for Isis etc.
Destabilizing the entire planet is turning out to be a bad idea I guess.
So yeah,
Keep your blood.
But you people owe an awful lot of money.
