The judge was obviously having a little fun and letting the guy look like an idiot in front of his jail mates.

Best place for him is jail if he won't stop driving drunk.

But he has shut down some unruly people before. One person was held in contempt of court during his arraignment.

You gotta be a particular kind of crazy for that to happen.

Look pal (applicable to individual, settler, agent, or person, as applicable), you previously had remedies available. You could pay your fines and not drive on public roads. You failed to take advantage of either remedy.

NOW, the remedy is "time in the hoosgow".

tax dodge. They do not recognize the Federal government's authority over them and the only recognized law enforcement is a county Sheriff. I forget all of the rest of the BS.
