The fight on Michigan workers. I think this petition was shot down because of the wrong font size

Michael Moore had a good point why should these cities be called failing cities and taken over. Why shouldn't the whole state be called a failing state and be taken over by Washington.

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against domestic Violence.

Question: when do the federal troops go to Michigan to restore a republican form of government to those districts placed by Governor Snyder in the hands of an unelected and overpaid dictator?

Curious minds want to know.
