(32,886 posts)saying for years not just about Hillary but about all Democrats who voted for IWR.
There is one and only one group responsible for Iraqi war deaths and that is the Bush administration. I've said that in several articles and the same folks who are supporting Bernie Sanders and who have criticized me for saying it, now have to deal with Bernie Sanders agreeing with me on this.

I hold her accountable for the deaths and chaos in Libya. I hold her accountable for the deaths and chaos in Syria.
Her foreign policy is a disaster for every country it touches.

I liked Bill Moyers & Charles Osgood many times over when it comes to the long standing older Duffs (Hosts).
Sanders should pull a reverse on the media networks and charge them if they wish him to appear on their channels. Show them how out-dated their medium for heralding the 'so-called' news is.
So true....Couldn't recommend this because of his inane and biased badgering....you would think he was a DA.

(3,963 posts)But in this interview he is pathetic. Righto, Sanders is supposed to take Clinton's slandering without correcting the record and fighting back? What kind of an idiot would be so naive? He is just another establishment asshole.

(1,325 posts)When it's a Charlie Rose. How many goddamned times did Thomas Friedman come on his show to expound the bullshit notion that we were just six months (1 Friedman unit) away from turning the war in Iraq around? Or that the stupid Surge was successful? And doesn't Charlie spend the holidays with the Clintons and Kissinger? If so, Charlie can "suck on this" as Friedman said we should tell the Iraqi people when we were kicking in their doors and rounding up their people. During my "tour" in Abu Ghraib in 2005 it was apparent that well over 75% of the detainees were completely innocent and had merely been caught in the neighborhood sweeps we conducted. Some say it was more like 95%. As the brass loved to tell us, "Fuck 'em, they're just Iraqis".
I want to know if Rose thinks he's partly responsible for the deaths in Iraq? I definitely think so.
What the hell did the people of Iraq ever do to us??? We've been bombing and burning and killing them for 25 years now. When will it be enough?

Thanks for posting this. I added those Responders who had nothing worth while saying to my Ignore List.

In part because of her support for Bush, Cheney rush to war with Iraq. It is not just the death of Iraqis but also the unnecessaray death, and injury to American soldiers.
And no Charlie, she doesn't have all that much experience. She has less executive experience than any State Governor or Mayor of a medium size city.
Unfortunately, there is a sense of elitism when one reaches a certain level, such that a person should be rewarded to higher office even after he or she showed incredibly poor judgement.
If you don't hold Hillary responsible for her votes, then you can't give Bernie credit for being right on Iraq. Charlie's argument would have us re-electing Bush and Cheney. Most experience, and no accountability for what they did in office.
ish of the hammer
