He was not "kicked off"...he was denied boarding because of his behavior in the gate area.
The flight did depart...3 and 1/2 hours late, LAX to MIA...without him.
Sorry but he was out of control and abusive.

Personally this took him down a couple of notches in my book. One for doing it and another for whining incessantly about it.
