but we do need to make it progressive. The little neighborhood places that provide community and support for marryin and buryin should get off very lightly. The huge organizations with all the commercial real estate need to get nailed, as should the thinly disguised entertainment venues known as megachurches.

It would be lovely to get the Vatican out of the hospital business, for instance, so they can't harm any more women.

As natural sleep aids - they're better and more reliable than all the other things she mentioned - and no addiction or side effects. Valerian root is very popular, and Melatonin always works for me. There are also great Chinese herbal formulas for insomnia. I recently recommended the Ayurvedic herb Ashwagandha to a lady who had insomnia due to hyperthyroidism, knowing that it was used for both conditions, and it worked like a charm.
