4. IMPEACH!!! Thomas for not disclosing his wife's income, from the Kochs of all people. IMPEACH

Scalia if we can dig up how the Kochs are paying him. This is a guy who played golf w/Cheney while Cheney's case was before the Court, along w/Thomas accepts money for speaking tothe Kochs and their ilk... While these are not impeachable in and of themselves, it is a slap in the face to ALL Judges who have to avoid the appearance of impropriety. We only need Thomas to go to swing the Court. Another blow to my profession.
