Shows you definitely don't know Sanders or what a democrat is. Bet you don't know what the DLC is or how it came to be or how it opened the party up to wall street and bank lobbyists. Just another clueless horse race mentality too closed minded to learn. Must be a Trump troll.

There's not real positive thought put into it. It's just hair trigger emotion filled with negative nastiness. When I first started seeing these types of responses around ten months ago, I was really surprised that this type of conservative behavior was able to penetrate our liberal fortress here at DU. Now I've come to realize that this is the prevailing mindset amongst most of the faithful believers.

I read your profile. It is hard to believe that a statement such as the one that is purportedly yours has been given by someone who possibly may have been a professor.

Usually, professors tend to be analytically (or - at a minimum - artfully) minded. Mere, cut-and-paste ad hominem attacks are generally beneath them.

Surely, you must possess the intellectual depth to improve upon what you have posted above.

I dare you to try to present a carefully formed criticism based on the content of the video.

chalk and cheese ?

While you are all asking why Bernie's holding back from endorsing Hillary, the obvious question Bernie's supporters will have been asking themselves is : Why on earth should they endorse a Democrat rival who in the very significant area of starting wars with innocent countries, is as hawkish as John McCain - and probably more so than a number of other Republicans. Not to speak of her being a friend of Wall Street - to the ever-increasing detriment of Main Street.

There is not one reason to decide to support a candidate who has disagreed on as many important issues to this economy, from minimum wage to climate change to TPP to Wall Street allegiance.

The movement is bigger than that. I'm prepared to stay with the movement and not vote for the corporate candidate who can do too little too late. I can't leave that legacy. As he mentioned, history will hopefully reflect better than that when it comes to when the start of this political revolution began and positive steps toward a better world, as a result.

There is some conviction in what he believes. He's using his endorsement as leverage to get some of the platform items which mean the most to him. To simply give that up without anything in return is simply stupid.

Now that their is a presumptive nominee which is Clinton, she's not got a sufficient majority to declare it's her way or the highway. It's now time for her to open up her political checkbook and start paying out some political credibility in order to get the backing she needs for the general.
