We watched it happen. We knew the 'black bloc' were agents provocateurs. We watched an absolute orgy of police overreach. I live a few blocks from the Eaton Centre and spent most of the preparation time and some of the protest time on the waterfront while looking after my son's cat (he lives near harbourfront). It was disgusting, and the treatment of protesters was ugly as sin.
