According to a new poll, as much as 71% of American citizens believe that our economic system is rigged against them. So much for the American dream, huh? Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins discusses this.

against it, because they might lose all that is owned by some bank$ter/jihadist somewhere.

The only thing that is "rigged" is their minds.

There are over 300 million of the 99%, against a few million others. What kind of fool would believe they couldn't change it anytime they wanted to?

If I stand up to my boss, I lose my job. If I stand up to my land lord, I lose my home. If I stand up to the government, I lose my freedom.
In all three cases, the powerful can simply fabricate a lie and I would have no way of defending myself without expensive lawyers that I can't afford.
I am not rich, nor are my parents. Only the wealthy have rights in this country.

How much more rigged can it be?
