Trump wrote the letter, the proof is in the statement "most healthy ever". No one else talks like that, but Trump. The Dr was just asked to sign it, and he stupidly did so.

The 2nd clue that Trump wrote it is the bad English and the typos.

The 3rd clue is the misinformation on the division where the Dr is supposed to work.

That is the danger with Trump, he doesn't think before he acts, and then he doesn't care about the consequences.

Trump: "Hmmm, I think I will hit this little red button...ooops! what did I just blow up? Oh well..."
