Has America Given Up Trying To Fight Climate Change?

With so many environmental disasters happening, and so little media coverage or political action, it seems like the United States has just resigned itself to its fate. I guess we don’t have to worry about climate change anymore.

Climate change will be reversed. The only question is will we humans do it so our civilization (and quite possibly humanity) survives, or will we let Gaia do it, because one way or the other, it will happen.

But Gaia doesn't have the vested interest in preserving human life (or any other particular life) when dealing with climate change.
