I will assume he means Mitt Romney, and some Christians were not going to vote for a Mormon or didn't think he was conservative enough.
But, uh....isn't that what voting is all about? You have to be convinced by one candidate or the other to like his or her policies enough to vote for them? So he's basically saying to his listeners, go forth and vote for Trump, whether you like him as President or not.
