If Hillary loses, I believe this will be the critical "dirty trick." Not that the other dirty tricks won't be used (voter suppression, voter intimidation, computer manipulation of party affiliation, small-scale computer "glitches," etc. etc. etc.). Just that this is the cheat of last resort and the Jeffrey Dean she mentions and his cohorts have had a lot of time by now to perfect their methods.

Either get rid of the computers as the Germans did in 2009, or pass laws requiring that when computers are used to count the vote, paper ballots must be used (no touch screens, only opti-scans), the vote must be verified by RANDOM audits done post election and if the audits indicate hanky-panky, the whole vote, THE PAPER BALLOTS, must be re-counted BY HAND.
