Wendell Potter is a former employee of Aetna and has become a whistle-blower and written a couple of books - one called 'Deadly Spin' about the marketing and propaganda techniques big insurance companies used to fight Obamacare and fight the public option of Obamacare. (basically the same modus operandi the tobacco companies used to keep that crap on the market after it was determined how deadly it is)
He's worth reading and listening to.
